Our Story
One pivotal moment in my journey was when I decided to invest in an RESP for our daughter's education after her birth. Disappointed by its meager 5% rate of return over the years, I made a life-changing decision to cash it in and purchase our first rental property.
That initial rental property has proven to be a remarkable investment, consistently delivering an impressive 25% rate of return. We recently leveraged its equity to fund our daughter's education and more. Since then, we've expanded our portfolio with additional rental properties, watching them grow and shaping a promising retirement plan.
